cow hide makes kick ass boots. i work construction and land surveying most my life and i have found that cow hide above buffola, elk, and moose is bad ass. i have worn alot of boots.

lokking for a way to circumvent the 12l. i would like a machine that i can close a shoe on and sew the welt to the sole or mid, after changing thread. got any ideas?

thanks chuck for the response. i want to use this for rewelting in my shop. im currently using a groz -beckert needle set in an awl haft to hook the thread. it works but im not crazy about the method. its fast though.

also i have a lead on a landis 12 curve needle. it has trouble sewing but its been in a garage in the minnesota winter. can this have any effect on it? the seller wants 500.
