HOW TO USE THIS BOARD
1. SEARCH FOR YOUR ANSWER
Before posting a question, see if anyone else has already asked and had the question answered. To do this, click on "Keyword Search" in the left frame. Type in a few words from your query into the following box. To get a more useful search, precede important words with a + to require that the word is there. Phrases and or searches needing more than one word may be enclosed in quotation marks.
2. IF YOUR QUESTION HAS NOT BEEN ASKED
If your question has not already been asked on the board, post a new message in an appropriate area or if necessary you may create a "new discussion." Some questions get asked (and answered) many times but your chances of getting a response increase proportionate to where and how you post a message. Addressing a post to a certain person also helps.
3. IF YOU WANT TO FOLLOW UP
If a page has already been started on the issue you're interested in, but the advice there does not help, you are welcome to post a follow up on that page. Comments, observations, and exploration of an idea are legitimately posted in the same discussion as they started in and can be addressed to a particular individual or to all. Do not start a new discussion on a separate page if there is already a discussion on the subject of interest. Follow the guidelines given under point 2 above.
MODERATORS
This board is moderated to keep things civil. All moderating is done in private provided you have registered and entered your email address. If you receive a private email regarding something you have posted please follow the advice contained therein. If you feel you have a grievance with any of the moderators, or have been unfairly constrained in your comments contact admin@thehcc.org

Posts which the Administrator or moderators feel are abusive or inappropriate may be deleted at any time, without prior notice.
